Ada yang menganggap kritis negatif, ada pula yang menganggap sebaliknya.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Contoh konkretnya pola makan kita selama ini. Berlebihan karbohidrat misal nasi, gandum, umbi- umbian. Hingga diindikasikan jadi sebab tingginya obesitas dan penyakit gula darah di Indonesia.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Tapi sangat kurang asupan pada protein hewani. Hingga kalah dengan Filipina, Vietnam, Thailand, Malaysia dan Singapura. Ironis sekali, karena kita ekspor ikan jumlah sangat besar, luar biasa.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Makin ironis lagi, kita ekspor ikan tersebut justru ke negara maju yang sudah cukup asupan protein hewaninya. Mereka indeks asupan protein hewaninya 5X lipatnya Indonesia yang masih 18 sd 25 gram\/hari.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Ini karena pendidikan kesehatan masyarakat belum terjabarkan di tengah masyarakat. Utamanya hal gizi, ini sangat penting. Bukan karena tidak ada kemampuan mengkonsumsi sumber protein hewani.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Pengalaman saya merasa cukup protein hewani. Rumah dekat PT Perhutani berlimpah bekicot\/keong, ayam kampung dan telur di rumah banyak, tiap Senin dan Kamis dapat susu segar gratis di SD Katholik Banyuwangi.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Implikasi positifnya, patut saya syukuri. Bahwa selama ini tidak mudah sakit, bisa produktif dan bersaing semampunya, IQ juga tidak rendah amat yaitu 124 artinya di atas umumnya orang Indonesia yang saat ini 78,49.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Dampak negatif kekurangan protein hewani pada anak stunting gangguan tumbuh, terganggunya otak\/kognitif, anemia, daya tahan tubuh menurun dan masa otot berkurang. Manifestasinya pendek dan IQ kurang.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Dampak negatif kurang protein hewani pada dewasa mudah lelah, masa otot turun, pemulihan luka lebih lambat dan imunitas menurun. Manifestasinya produktifitas rendah dan kurang kompetitif.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Pendek kata protein hewani sangat penting dan mutlak harus cukup. Karena sumber asam amino esensial, Vitamin B12, Zat Besi yang mudah diserap, Zinc dan Kalsium. Ini sangat penting untuk bekal menjalani di sepanjang kehidupan.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Ilmu hikmahnya, kita bersyukur sekali ada program prioritas MBG bisa berbenah pola makan anak kita yang berlebihan karbohidrat tapi kurang banyak sekali protein hewaninya. Maupun buah sumber vitamin, antioksidan dan serat.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Tapi sayangnya masih banyak oknum &#8220;Jual Beli Titik Calon SPPG&#8221; sehingga lambat pemerataannya. Ada juga oknum pemilik SPPG, tapi tidak bisa bersyukur dapat Rp 6 juta\/hari. Masih juga korupsi dari anggaran pangan Rp 10.000\/porsi.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Kok tega. Seolah anaknya tidak bisa mencari rejeki sendiri, sehingga harus korupsi sekalipun itu haknya anak-anak kecil di TK, SD, SMP dan SLTA. Luar biasa. Untuk apa korupsi kalau bukan untuk warisan ke anak-anaknya.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Saya selaku salah seorang pemilik SPPG, mengajak sesama investor pemilik SPPG untuk selalu bersyukur dan ikhtiar berbuat yang semestinya. Masyarakat butuh suri tauladan.
