Biasa dalam teori strategi pemasaran disebut STP (&nbsp;<em>Segmenting, Targeting, Positioning&nbsp;<\/em>).<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Kadang omzet dan&nbsp;<em>profit margin<\/em>&nbsp;nya sama juga dalam setahunnya. Yang dijual murah karena jumlah banyak frekuensinya tinggi. Yang dijual mahal volumenya sedikit laba besar tapi volume transaksi sedikit.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Contoh.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Saya punya usaha formulasi dan produksi hormonal organik (Hormax) dan pupuk hayati majemuk (Bio Extrim). Hasil riset saya sendiri dan kekayaan intelektualnya terdaftar di Ditjen Haki Kemenkumham. Diproduksi dan beredar luas sejak 2009 s\/d sekarang.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Hormax, kemasan botol 0,5 liter Rp 45.000 atau kemasan botol 1 liter Rp 90.000. Laku keras di pasar termasuk di&nbsp;<em>online<\/em>. Hingga terbentuk komunitas pengguna setia fanatik bertahun \u2013 tahun lamanya. Ada yang jadi distributor omzet miliaran tapi kami belum saling jumpa, tapi saling menjaga kepercayaan.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Hormax, jerigen 20 liter hanya Rp 20.000\/liter. Juga laku keras volume pesanan hingga puluhan ribu liter. Ada langsung untuk kebun, ada dikemas ulang lalu dipasarkan dengan merk lain dan ada pula jadi bahan campuran formula produk lain. Tentu laba\/liter sedikit tapi karena volume besar dan rutin dampak arus kas sehat juga.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Begitu juga halnya pada Migor, mutu sama sekalipun bisa beda harga jauh. Tapi omzet dan&nbsp;<em>profit margin<\/em>&nbsp;nya bisa bersaing. Ada kemasan premium, medium dan curah. Semua punya pasarnya. Sangat bijak jika Larangan Ekspor CPO, segera dicabut. Sebelum petani dan PKS lumpuh total, biaya mengembalikan butuh dana energi besar.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong><em>Solusi agar Migor ke masyarakat kurang mampu bisa harga murah Rp 14.000\/liter. Disubsidi. Alokasikan dana pungutan sawit di BPDPKS yang Rp 71 triliun\/tahun. Sebanyak Rp 20 triliun saja. Borong Migor ke 20 pabriknya dari 74 pabrik Migor, serahkan ke Bulog. Bagikan. Maka petani kembali sejahtera, Migor curah murah berlimpah.
